"You can typically expect to receive an on-site consultation from South Coast Decks LLC. Depending on the day of the week, it may take up to 5 days. For example, if your request is made on a Monday, we may not be able to schedule the consultation until the following Saturday. We're committed to accommodating your schedule to our best ability, including working around your availability, even in the evenings after work, to ensure convenience and flexibility."

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. We hold a General Contractor unrestricted building license in Massachusetts, along with a home improvement license and liability insurance.

At South Coast Decks LLC, we start our year by providing a Power Washing Maintenance Service package to keep your deck in top condition during the transition from winter to early spring, ensuring it's ready for you to enjoy throughout the year. This service is available for a short time at the beginning of the year. Due to high demand, slots are limited. Book early to ensure your deck gets the attention it deserves. Please note that our maintenance service is in high demand. That's why we proudly offer a Power Washing Maintenance Service package to start off the year to ensure your deck looks its best year after year.

At South Coast Decks LLC, as the owner-operator, I personally take care of obtaining all necessary permits for your decking project. I have experience working with local authorities and navigating the permitting process to ensure your project meets all safety and legal requirements. You can rely on my expertise to handle all aspects of permits and regulations efficiently, minimizing any potential complications.
